"Gulab me jab kand mile to gulkand ho jaye" as the phrase sounds gulkand is a mixture of finest handpicked "Desi Gulab (rose)", when it is mixed with "kand or khand", then kept into full moonlight covered with a fine cotton cloth so as to prevent from insects etc.). Its a long process, though at "tripti" we dodn't heat it on gas so to prepare it in a short time, instead of it this is specially kept in full moonlight not even in sunlight. You can feel every rose petal in your mouth, tastes good when eaten in paan, can be used as a gulab shake etc. It is very useful for eradicating depression, acidity, heart problems & constipation as well.
